PROFILE:

Mr. Coffy has over eighteen years experience in the field of Engineering and six years in Intellectual Property (IP). Mr. Coffy is currently a Patent Attorney at WALL & TONG, LLP in Shrewsbury, NJ. Prior to his current position, he was an Associate Attorney at Cozen O’Connor and The Farrell Law Firm. Mr. Coffy is admitted to practice in New Jersey and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) where he was a Patent Examiner. Mr. Coffy is an inventor and is fluent in French, Spanish and Creole.

Mr. Coffy held different engineering positions including System Engineer at Cape Canaveral (NASA) in Florida, Hardware Design Engineer at Square D Corp., Lead Design Engr. at Allied Signal/Honeywell/L3 Communication and taught Ladder Network Programming at Wake Technical College in Raleigh, North Carolina. As Member of Technical Staff, Mr. Coffy was the Lead Development Engineer at Lucent Technologies, Inc. and AVAYA Communications, Corp.
